BBL pays Bt6.50 dividend in 2015
Bangkok Bank maintains the dividend payment for the operating results of the year 2015 at Bt6.50, unchanged from the previous year despite lower earnings.
Total dividend payment is Bt12.41 billion, or 36.29 per cent of net profits in the year, according to the bank board of directors' resolution.
BBL's net profit for 2015 fell 5.9 per cent to Bt34.2 billion, the first annual decline since 2006.
The bank paid Bt2 a share as interim dividend. The remaining amount will be paid on May 11.
The board also resolved to convene the annual ordinary meeting of shareholders on April 12.
