PepsiCo unveils fruity ‘Healthier Choice’ drink

Pepsi-Cola (Thai) has introduced Mirinda Mix-It, a fizzy drink that mingles two fruit flavours and contains less than six grams of sugar per 100ml serving.

Developed in response to consumer health awareness, the drink has earned “Healthier Choice” certification from the Nutrition Promotion Foundation under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

The foundation, based at Mahidol University’s Institute of Nutrition, identifies healthier food options in accordance with Public Health Ministry standards.

This launch is part of PepsiCo’s aim to introduce healthier beverages in Thailand and follows the recent unveiling of a sparkling, vitamin-enhanced flavoured beverage.
