AIS says 10-year issue was a success

Advanced Wireless Network Co Ltd, or AWN, has successful offered the company’s largest 10-year tranche debenture issue of Bt9 billion at the coupon rate of 3.35 per cent per annum, according to a report on Thursday from the company.
The company offered the senior unsecured debentures with a debenture holders’ representative to institutional and high-net-worth investors, aiming to increase its investment and working capital. Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Ltd has rated AWN’s debentures at AA+(tha), which reflects the strength of the company’s solid financial performance under the management and supervision of Advanced Info Service Public Company Ltd or AIS.
