NVG price dropping for public transport
The retail price of natural gas (NGV) for public buses will be lowered by Bt3 per kilogram to Bt10.62 for three months starting next Wednesday (April 1).
The lower rate will also apply to taxis, tuk-tuks and public vans.
The Energy Policy Administration Committee decided this week to drop the price to ease the financial burden of bus operators amid the Covid-19 outbreak, said Energy Ministry Sontirat Sontijirawong.
