Two nights with Theo
The 2014 Master Chef UK semi-finalist, Theo Michaels, will be in Bangkok later this month cooking up a special feast April 27 and 28 at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit.
Michaels is a regular on ITV’s “This Morning”, BBC Radio Weekend Kitchen and the Food Network’s “The Big Eat”. The skilled chef reached the semi-finals of Master Chef 2014, and has since gained recognition for championing Modern Greek cooking. In the UK, Theo runs a pop-up restaurant serving his 8-course taster menu, and also hosts private dinner parties.
On April 27, Michaels will prepare five dishes from his repertoire of Mediterranean favourites to enjoy with five selected wines at gastro lounge, BarSu.
The following evening he’ll collaborate with the hotel’s executive chef Gaetano Palumbo for a fabulous “Four Hands, Five Courses Dinner” at the award-winning restaurant, Rossini’s. Together, the two chefs will create a menu infused with their passion for high quality ingredients, fresh flavours, and beautiful presentation. It promises to be a night to remember.
The five-course dinner with wine pairing at BarSu costs Bt1,750 per person while the dinner at Rossini’s is priced at Bt3,750 inclusive of wines.
