One killed, 950,000 meth tablets seized in Mekong drug bust

A joint team of officials engaged in a firefight with drug traffickers while their boats were sailing along the Mekong River Wednesday.
The clash resulted in one death, and the seizure of 950,000 methamphetamine tablets.
No detail about the arrests was available as of press time.
The boats used by the drug traffickers were identified as Yu Xing 8 Hao and Hua Ping. Both are registered in China.
