PM's Office Minister Surawit Khonsomboon yesterday appealed to thieves to show mercy and not deal flood victims a second blow after some reportedly used boats to rob the submerged Sawan Pracharak Hospital in Nakhon Sawan.
Surawit also urged police to help guard the safety of property during the flooding. Surawit took delivery of Bt2 million worth of medical supplies donated by Greater Pharma Co, but asked the company to pack the medicine in 15,000 individual sets for convenience in distributing to flood victims.
