FROC relocated to PTT head office

Justice Minister Pracha Promnok said the Flood Relief Operations Centre had to be relocated from Don Mueang Airport to the head office of PTT Plc Saturday.
Pracha, the FROC chief, told reporters at 9:50 am that the FROC had to be relocated because floodwaters penetrated a floodwall at 4 am to damage a power generator, causing blackout at the FROC office.
Pracha added that the tap water was also out of service so the FROC had to move out.
