FROC office turns dry again

The authorities have pumped out floodwater from the head office of the Flood Relief Operations Centre in the compound of the Energy Ministry after surrounding sandbags around it.
The water on the Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road outside the ministry’s floodwalls was about 80 centimetre high.
The Phayathai Waterworks office was about 10 to 20 cm under water.
