Indian MP's son killed in bike crash

The youngest son of an Indian MP died in a motorcycle accident in Prachuap Khiri Khan's resort town of Hua Hin on Thursday evening.
Sandeep Kalita, 23, was doing his master’s in Business Administration at the School of Management Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).
Due to flooding, AIT had moved all its students to the Hua Hin campus of Stamford University. However, since transport between the students’ lodging and the campus was only provided twice a day, Sandeep decided to rent a motorbike.
MP Bhubaneswar Kalita, president of Assam Pradesh Congress Committee, picked up his youngest son’s body from Hua Hin Hospital. Cremations will be held in India.
