Banharn thanks PM for keeping Chart Thai Pattana portfolios

Chart Thai Pattana Party chief adviser Banharn Silapa-archa on Tuesday said he was grateful that his party's portfolios remained intact in the face of the upcoming Cabinet reshuffle.
“Prime Minister Yingluck [Shinawatra] is very kind for not shuffling ministerial portfolios allocated to my party,” he said.
Banharn said he had no involvement in lining up the Cabinet, praising Yingluck for a smart decision on the reshuffle.
Regardless of criticism on job performance, he said he still saw Agriculture Minister Theera Wongsamut as a capable and hard worker. Theera, appointed under Chart Thai Pattana quota, held on to his job inspite of speculation about his departure.
Banharn said he was in no position to speculate about changes in economic portfolios, saying the prime minister might have obtained some exclusive informations to form her conclusion on dispensing assignments.
