Thai composite stocks index (SET) on Tuesday&nbsp;closed flat at 1,063.08, up 0.53 point, or 0.05 per cent amid Bt24.20 billion turnover. 
	Blue chip SET-50 index was at 742.95, up 1.28 point, or 0.17 per cent.
