Panithan Prueksakasemsuk submitted the complain to the Criminal Court chief of justice through Surajit Sriboonma, the secretary of the Criminal Court. 
	Somyos has been arrested and detained without bail for having allegedly violated Article 112 of the Criminal Code or the lese-majesty law. 
	Panithan has been staging a hunger strike in front of the Criminal Court since Saturday to pressure the court to approve Somyos&rsquo; bail.
