Yingluck, flood-prevention panels' members granted audience with King

HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej granted an audience to Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra and her government-appointed key panels for the improved watermanagement systems Friday evening.
“We have reported progresses and findings from our recent inspection trips,” Yingluck said. Last week, she and relevant officials visited many flood-hit provinces as they were trying to find better flood solutions this year.
Last year, flood crisis wreaked havoc across dozens of provinces.
She led members of the Strategic Committee for Water Resources Management (SCWRM) and the Strategic Committee for Reconstruction and Future Development (SCRF) into the audience with His Majesty, who is a respected water expert.
The audience was granted at a meeting room on the 14th floor of Chalerm Phrakiart building, Siriraj Hospital.
