He said that it was up to DSI chief Tarit Pengdith to table this case for the Special Case Committee’s consideration. He went on to say that the landencroachment issue was especially severe in the South, especially in the Phang Nga and Phuket provinces where many illegitimate landtitle deeds were issued.
