Budget debate to focus on public debt: Abhisit

The opposition will focus on two issues – questionable borrowing plans and untransparent spending during the threeday budget debate on Bt2.44 trillion spending plans, Democrat Party leader Abhisit Vejjajiva said on Wednesday.
“I am worrying about flawed fiscal management,” he said.
Abhisit was speaking before entering the House chamber to kickstart the deliberation on the final passage of the 2013 Budget Bill.
