MP rejects request to exhume son's body

Uthai Thani MP for Chart Thai Pattana Party, Chada Thaiseth refused to allow the exuming of his son Farut Thaiseth's body for the bullet, as requested by police probing the fatal gunfight between people in two cars that led to Farut's death in Nakhon Ratc

Chada would explain his decision, reportedly stemmed from to a religious belief, on Wednesday at a press conference.
Provincial Police Region 3 chief Panu Kerdlarppol told police to complete the case this month. Panu affirmed Mun Poolsap, a 40-year-old building contractor who claimed he shot at Chada’s car in selfdefence after being shot at first, wasn’t a scapgoat as the case was based on forensic evidences. He said if Chada allowed the body-exuming it would be useful to the case.
