Admin Court reviews Raisom's case on Nov 15

The Central Administrative Court on Nov 15 will decide whether it would take Raisom Co Ltd's lawsuit against MCOT Plc into consideration.

Media personality Sorrayuth Suthassanachinda, the owner of Raisom, said in his morning news programme on Channel 3 that Raisom had paid MCOT all advertising revenue sharing worth Bt138.79 million. However, MCOT failed to share the revenue reaped from extra advertisement.
Raisom and Sorrayuth have been under fire following a corruption scandal.
Sorrayuth was alleged of paying bribe to an MCOT employee. In the news programme, he said that as a state enterprise with a thorough monitoring process, such action should have been spotted.
