Fake perfumes, cosmetics seized
Counterfeit perfumes and cosmetics worth Bt30 million were seized yesterday by the Department of Special Investigation in Pathum Thani's Lam Luk Ka district, DSI chief Tarit Pengdith said yesterday.
The 30,000 items included copies of products from Nitipon Clinic, Wuttisak Clinic and Yanhee Hospital.
The fake products were advertised online via www.bevershop.com and www.sumpang.com, he said.
The DSI had warrants to search three houses in Lam Luk Ka and a shop in Don Muang’s new market. Tarit said the items belonged to a man named Som-o Kulsongkram, who has previous similar offences.
