Ratree released from Prey Sar prison

Ratree Pipattanapaibul and yellow-shirt activist Veera Somkwamkid prayed during a ceremony at the Prey Sar prison in Phnom Penh yesterday marking the release of Ratree.
Veera, who was sentenced to eight years in jail but got only a sixmonth reduction, said he would petition to be transferred to a jail in Thailand after he had served onethird of his penalty in a Cambodian prison.
