Celebrating 180 years of Thai-US ties
Play
The Embassy of the United States is inviting shutterbugs living in both countries to submit "photographs of life" to mark the 180th anniversary of Thai-US ties.
Submissions will be accepted through next month.
The 90 winning photos from Thais living in the US will join 90 others taken by American expats in Thailand at a July 19-21 exhibition at CentralWorld. The photographs will then be taken to other parts of the country. The event will also showcase images by well-known photographers such as Steve McCurry and Benya Hegenbarth.
