Only four people remain in hospital following the horror bus crash in Saraburi's Kaeng Khoi early Tuesday morning, Public Health Minister Pradit Sintavanarong said yesterday.
Out of some 20 injured people, only four were still in hospital as of 11am yesterday. One was at Kaeng Khoi Hospital and three at Saraburi Hospital. Most of them had suffered broken limbs, he added.
Pradit said the 19 victims whose bodies were burnt beyond recognition were sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine at Bangkok’s Police General Hospital for identification. DNA samples and other information was also being gathered to help with the identification.
