Wall St ends lower

U.S. stocks closed lower for third-straight session overdraft amid ongoing concerns over debt ceiling and budget issues.
Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 49.71 points to end at 15,401.38.
S&P 500 dropped 8.07 points to close at 1,701.84. Most key S&P sectors closed down on financials and consumer discretionary, while technology and utilities shares gained.
Nasdaq composite fell 9.44 points to end at 3,765.29.
