Two Democrats ask for probe on attorney general

Two Democrat MPs on Monday petitioned for a criminal inquiry on attorney general Chulasingh Vasantasingh.
The petition, sponsored by Thaworn Senneam and Wirat Kanlayasiri, asked the National Counter Corruption Commission to look into the alleged abuse of power involving Chulasingh.
The two MPs contend Chulasingh had no justification not to appeal an acquittal verdict on the share scandal involving Pojaman na Pombejra, the ex-wife of former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra.
