Twenty-year-old Moe Set Wine is crowned 2013 Miss Universe Myanmar, first in the last 53 years as the country stopped the beauty contest since 1960.
Graudated from an American university, Moe will represent Myanmar in the upcoming Miss Universe pageant in Moscow, Russia next Month.
