Wall St ends lower

Wall Street reacted to the Federal Reserve's decision to hold off on reducing its monetary stimulus.
Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 61.59 points to close at 15,618.76.
S&P 500 fell 8.64 points to 1,763.31. Among the S&P's 10 major sectors, consumer staples led the declinners, while technology shares fared best.
Nasdaq compsite lost 21.72 points at 3,930.62.
