Thai composite stocks index (SET) closed on Wednesday at 1,434.97, up 19.53 points, or 1.38 per cent amid Bt43.54 billion turnover. 
	Blue chip SET-50 index was at 982.61, up 15.20 points, or 1.57 per cent.
