Yingluck promises to protect nation's sovereignty, interests

Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra posted a message on her Facebook wall, asking public to have confidence that the government will fight for the Preah Vihear dispute case with their full effort to protect Thailand's sovereignty and national' s interest
She posted the message at 11.20am Monday.
She asked people living near Thai-Cambodian border to stay calm.
As the defence minister, she said she asked the military to perform duty with patience and strength.
“I would like to give moral support to all Thais especially people along the border as well as all civil servants and security officers,” she said.
