Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra said Wednesday that she had never committed publicly to unconditionally complying with the International Court of Justice ruling on the Preah Vihear dispute.
She said during the parliamentary debate on the ruling that she would act upon the issue relying on approval by Parliament based on requirements under the Constitution’s Article 190.
