Borrowing bill's Article 6 approved

The Senate Tuesday blocked the proposed amendment to the Article 6 under the Bt2 trillion borrowing bill, with the 68:44 vote.
This means ministries in charge of projects to be financed by the loans need not to return unused money to the Finance Ministry.
Aside from the call for the specification of projects under the scheme, this repatriation of leftover funds was hotly debated by the Senate.
