Thai composite stocks index (SET) opened&nbsp;on Friday at 1,354.14, down 5.31 points, or 0.39 per cent in line with most regional shares amid&nbsp;ongoing domestic political protests. 
	Blue chip SET-50 index was at 922.39, down 4.90 points, or 0.53 per cent.
