Wall St ends up

Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 62.94 points, or 0.4 per cent, to an all-time closing high of 16,357.55.
S&P 500 also ended at new high, up 5.33 points, or 0.3 per cent, at 1,833.32, with materials and telecom as best performers.
Nasdaq composite added 6.51 points, or 0.2 per cent, to 4,155.42, up nearly 38 per cent this year.
Advancers outpaced decliners by a roughly 2-to-1 ratio on the New York Stock Exchange.
