The Constitutional Court Wednesday rejected an application by Pheu Thai party to charge protest leader Suthep Thaugsuban and ten other leaders of staging the protest to topple the democratic government.
The court said the case was inadmissible as the protesters exercised their constitutional right to protest the government initially against the amnesty bill and express their mistrust to the administration.
