Prajin not certain whether Yingluck can leave kingdom

Deputy junta chief ACM Prajin Juntong said Friday that he is now not certain whether former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra can leave the kingdom after the anti-graft agency decided to charge her in court.
He said the National Council for Peace and Order still retained its approval for Yingluck to leave the kingdom but the final decision will depend on the court’s decision now that she is facing a criminal charge related to the rice-pledging scheme.
