The Bangkok Military Court on Monday allowed former education minister Chaturon Chaisang to postpone the entering of his plea, setting a new time and date of 8.30am on October 15.
Chaturon, who is facing charges of violating the junta’s order, instigating unrest and violating the computer crime act, told the court that his lawyer was busy so he needed to postpone his plea.
