Nine more Thais evacuated from Libya

The Thai Embassy in Tripoli has reported that nine Thai workers with the Annahr company were evacuated from Libya on August 31 to Tunisia via Ras Jedir border.
The Thai assistance team in Tunis has provided accommodation and medical support for the workers, who will return to Thailand in due course.
The Thai government made the decision to evacuate workers following the prolonged fighting between government forces and rival militants.
