The Civil Court Tuesday annulled the expulsion order against Indian businessman Satish Sehgal. Then, interior minister Chalerm Yoobamrung issued the order on allegations that Satish joined demonstrations against the Pheu Thai government.
The court ruled Tuesday that the process that led to the order issuance was biased and violated the Civil Court’s earlier order that prohibited the Pheu Thai government from announcing the state of emergency.
