One Buddhist killed, three injured in Tak Bai attack

Muslim insurgents opened fire at a house in Narathiwat's Tak Bai district Sunday evening, killing a Buddhist and injuring four others.
The attack happened at 7:40 pm.
The insurgents arrived on a pick-up truck and opened fire at the Buddhist villagers who were talking in front of the house.
Villagers living on the house opposite from the road came out to fire at the truck, prompting the insurgents to retreat.
