Reformers want new charter to guarantee free health care for all

Pornphan Boonyaratphan, the chairwoman of National Reform Council's committee on public health reform, said Thursday that her panel resolved to ensure that the new constitution would guarantee equal access to quality healthcare for all Thais.
She said her panel also wanted the new charter to require all Thais to take care of their own and their family’s health with support from the government.
