Yongyuth chaired the committee meeting during which it approved a strategic plan to promote the use of condoms to contain HIV.
He said the project would start with installation of condom vending machines in vocation schools before the project would be expanded to other education institutions. The installation would be gradually done in four years for fear that civic groups would disagree with it, Yongyuth said.
The committee will also promote technology for self-HIV tests so that the people could receive drug in time, he added.
