LILLE, France (AFP) - Former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn on Tuesday denied knowing that the women present at sex parties he attended were prostitutes, as he stood trial on charges of "aggravated pimping."
Asked by the judge if he had "changed his mind" on his claim that he did not know the women were sex workers -- a keystone of his defence case -- Strauss-Kahn replied: "No".
