Per-second call packages all the rage
Total Access Communication Tuesday introduced call packages featuring per-second billing, bringing to three the number of private mobile phone operators who have done so.
Takorn Tantasith, secretary-general of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission, said Tuesday Total Access Communication became the third operator following the Monday launch of such packages by True Corp and Advanced Info Service.
