Yala bomb victims compensated

The province of Yala yesterday presented compensation totalling Bt4.86 million to 26 people affected by the series of bombings in the Yala Municipality from May 14-16.
The initial compensation, handed over by deputy governor Kukiat Wongkrapan, was according to the May 19 deliberation by a committee tasked to assess property damage from the deep South unrest.
