English teacher arrested for making false bomb threat

An angry English teacher was arrested Friday morning after she claimed that she has two bottles of liquid that could be used to make bombs.
The woman was identified as Panarat Nopphakhun. She made the claim after she was not allowed to carry a drinking water to board the flight. Her statement caused the flight to be delayed from 8:40 am to 10:47 am as officials had to check her bag that has been loaded.
