One killed, five injured in Songkhla bombing

One person was killed and five others were injured when a homemade bomb was detonated beside a police booth behind a hotel at the Padang Bezar market in Song Khla's Sadao district Friday evening.
Police said the explosion occurred at 8:50 am.
The bomb was believed to be hidden in a motorcycle parked just outside the police booth.
Earlier in Narathiwat's Sungai Kolok district, insurgents threw pipe bombs at three foods shops, injuring five people. The simultaneous attacks happened at about 6:51 pm
