Regulator to appeal court decision allowing PeaceTV back on air

THE National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission's Broadcasting Committee will appeal the Central Administrative Court's decision to issue a temporary injunction allowing Peace TV back on air.
The vote yesterday to appeal Thursday’s decision was three to one.
Supinya Klangnarong, a member of the Broadcasting Committee, revealed the decision on Twitter but said she was absent from the vote.
Another commissioner, Thawatchai Jittrapanun, missed the meeting because he was on duty in Chiang Mai.
