New Cabinet to speed up digital economy implementation: Prayut

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha said Tuesday that his second Cabinet will speed up the implementation of digital economy policy.
Speaking to reporters after the weekly Cabinet meeting, Prayut said the new Cabinet would speed up the efforts to continue the works of the first Cabinet for the digital economy policy implementation.
He said the first Cabinet had worked hard in making structural changes and enacting new laws to implement the digital economy policy.
Now, the new Cabinet will follow up the detailed works, such as holding 4G bandwidth bidding, and setting up data centres.
