Pheu Thai submits opposition to draft charter to NRC

Former Pheu Thai MPs Thursday submitted the party's letter to the National Reform Council, expressing its opposition to the draft charter.
Former Chiang Rai MP Samart Kaewmeecha, former party-list MP Chavalit Witchayasutthi and acting deputy party secretary general Preechapol Pongpanit submitted the letter to NRC President Thienchay Kiranandana.
Samart said the draft would continue to suppress the people by perpetuating the power of the National Council for Peace and Order through the National Strategic Reform and Reconciliation Committee.
