The Nation Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) of Thailand will provide content for the Star Media Group's newest digital product, TheStarTV.com, that was launched last Wednesday.
Under the agreement, NBC’s Nation TV will deliver news and lifestyle video clips covering Thailand, Indochina and Myanmar for the Asean channel on TheStarTV.com.
NBC is a subsidiary under the Nation Multimedia Group, which together with The Star are founder members of the Asia News Network (ANN).
Star Media Group chief operating officer for content development June H.L. Wong and NBC’s chief executive officer Adisak Limprungpatanakit signed the agreement on behalf of their companies here last Friday.
Also present were Pana Janviroj, CEO of Nation International Edutainment as well executive director of ANN, and Chutintra Wananakul, senior vice-president for NBC’s New Media Development and Business.
