New reform council 'should include 100 former NRC members'

A former member of the National Reform Council proposed Wednesday that at least 100 former NRC members should be given seats in the 200-member reform-steering council.
Nirand Phantharakit said several of former NRC members would be able to push for implementation of the NRC's reform blueprint.
